KCGIF operates in excellence, drawing from over 30 years in successful real world experiences. The Fund cultivates wealth-building investments that safeguard family legacies, while securing exclusive off-market opportunities that insure access to primary assets and lucrative business ventures.
KCGIF’s investment portfolio is primarily comprised of a wide range of real estate holdings. The Fund also has exposure to other asset classes including Healthcare, Wellness, and select Franchises. Its strengths rest in a vast network of resources that enables it to absorb market downturns with a continued dedication to knowledge. The Offering at a Glance
Up to 8% Annual Interest
Class A Notes pay 8% simple interest annually. Class B Notes pay 6% both calculated on your invested principal.
Starting at $25,000
Begin investing with a minimum of $25,000. Class A Notes are available for investments of $250,000 or more.
Semi-Annual Payments
Accrued interest is distributed twice annually from the day after your Funds are received.
Accredited Investors Only
This offering is structured under SEC Rule 506(c) of Regulation D, exclusively available to verified accredited investors.

Complete and submit your Subscription Agreement. Wire your investment Funds to King Capital Group Investment Fund LLC. Do not wire Funds until your subscription has been accepted.
Earn
Interest begins accruing the day after your funds are received. Distributions are paid semi-annually.

Born from a legacy of real estate investors, Denise’s personal knowledge covers two decades in the industry. She brings years of hands-on real estate investment experience to the Fund spanning residential acquisitions, commercial properties, mortgage notes, tax liens, and private financing across markets throughout the United States.
Over the course of her career, Denise has personally acquired, managed, and holds a wide variety of property types. She’s developed a deep understanding of what it takes to identify strong opportunities, execute efficiently, and generate returns that hold up across market cycles.
Denise has diligently built a network of trusted relationships to bankers, brokers, project managers, joint venture partners, and real estate operators. The kind of strategic relationships that give King Capital Group Investment Fund a competitive edge in sourcing and executing exclusive deals.
